Rainy is definitely a
farm favorite not only because of her conformation but because of her
sweet personality and her willingness to be worked with. This doe has
stunning general appearance and dairy character. The
photos show her stength of topline and her levelness of rump. She's not our heaviest milker, but her udder has a strong medial, perfectly
plumb teats, good attachments all the way around, and a smooth, well
extended fore udder. She has very tight toes and dead on straight
hooves and legs. She could improve on her shoulder and front end
assembly but we have already seen improvements in her kids.

Missy
is maturing as we've expected her to, and we were very impressed by her first freshening udder. She enjoys being shown and worked with which seems to be a
characteristic of Rainy's kids. I love this doe's overall
angularity and angulation. She has a nice brisket extension and great general appearance. Her udder has good overall attachments, a strong medial and nice teat
size and placement. She's great to milk by hand because of her teat size and large orofices plus she milks down to absolutely nothing. I am really loving the udders Dusty has been
putting on his offspring.

Padme
has the strangest, off-the-wall, most hilarious personality. I really like all
of the conformation characteristics this doe exhibits, but I'd like her
to be a little tighter in the elbow. She has wonderful length of bone, dairyness, and she has a high, wide
rear and fore udder with great side attachments and plumb, easy to milk teats, although she would benefit from a stronger MSL. She easily received her AR star as a first freshener.
Sale Pending. She has a new excellent home after kidding.

Flashdance
definitely has lived up to her name. She excels in dairy character and
length of body. The levelness over her topline and rump as well as her
length
from hooks to pins and angulation are oustanding. We have
high hopes for her as she further
matures. She freshened with a beautiful udder with snug
attachments. She'd benefit from a stronger MSL but that is likely to
improve with more capacity.

This
little doe's dam has a stunning udder with wide and snug
attachments.
Luna has a very wide escutchen, correct topline, and good
shoulder assembly. She's another huge attention craver and has a
sweet, easy going personality. She's a little slower growing
but may
also stay relatively small like her dam. Her udder has been
developing nicely. It looks much different now compared to her current
udder pictures, but has good side and fore attachments. I'd like to see a
higher rear udder, but its possible that will improve with more
capacity in the future.

She's incredibly long and level with a very wide and level rump and open escutchen. She blends well from her neck down through her withers and shoulders and is wide through the crops then increases in width as you go back toward her flank. She also has a wide and high rear udder attachment and large easy-to-milk teats. I would like to see her a bit tighter at the elbow. Her calm and easy going personality is just the icing on the cake.

She's well put together, being open and dairy throughout with flat bones and good rib spacing. Her udder is soft and she has good attachments and open orofices. I'd like to see tighter shoulders on her and a more extended fore udder. She didn't finish her first 305 day and wasn't put on test last year but she should have no problem receiving her milking star next year.

She is incredibly uphill and level with a wide, open escutchen, very nice chest floor and brisket extention, good levelness over the rump and wide from thurl to thurl. Bubbles has one of the smoothest fore udders I've seen on a nigi and good size teats. This picture will have to do for now until I can get one up of her in milk. She could use better rear hooves but is definitely an asset to have.

She has a well-attached udder with great fore extension and large orofices. One of Flye's daughters milked 4.6 lbs on her first milk test as a first freshener and now holds the NDGA All Time High Butterfat score. It's nice to see a doe pass on good milking genetics in addition to her conformational traits.

She's sharp and smoothly blended with a strong topline, wide rump, good length from hips to pins, and good hooves and legs. Both of her daughters from this year are to-die-for and I cant wait to see them freshen. She has a well attached udder with decent sized teats. Will get better pics up after freshening.

Roc N Ewe JM Brown Sugar DOB: 3/18/02 Sire: Roc N Ewe Ranch Jimmy Mac (Ponders End Wind Dancer x Ponders End Arabecca) Dam: Flat Rocks Keepsake (Flat Rocks Gem x Flat Rocks Blue Bell) 1 x RGCH Sr Doe Brownie is probably the least friendly doe we have here but tolerates being handled and milked "if she has to". Even though she's pictured unclipped and dry, you can see she's incredibly long, level and uphill with increasing depth as you go back toward her flank. She also has good angulation, spring of rib and wide rib spacing. Her front end could be a bit more smoothly blended but with her full brother being MCH/PGCH Roc N Ewe JM Duke of Earl +S, amongst other merited siblings and offspring, she has full rights to be a nice brood doe in our herd. |

Roc N Ewe K Sherry DOB: 5/2/03 Sire: BRB Kakoakis (Buckaroo Ruslin Up Bull x Starbucks Hazelnut) Dam: Roc N Ewe JM Sugar Shack (Roc N Ewe Ranch Jimmy Mac x Flat Rocks Keepsake) 1 x GCH Sr Dry Doe Sherry has been around the block before returning home to Kay and making it to our farm. She produces kids better than herself every time, if bred to a decent buck and she has a well shaped and attached udder. She isn't a doe who is particularly fond of being handled but still likes to come over for treats and other goodies on and off the milk stand. Sherry is well put together, dairy once you get your hands on her, smoothly blended, is wide from thurl to thurl, and has good angulation. I'd like to see her tighter in the elbow with tighter hooves. |
